Description

Designed as the second componet of the EMS Leadership Academy Program, this course is designed to provide line EMS supervisory personnel with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to ensure effective and successful integration into mid-level management positions during professional advancement through the ranks of EMS.

Prerequisites: Completion of Basic Supervisory practices or an equivalent Basic Supervisory Course.Please contact Ken Grabowski for approved prerequisite courses.
