Basic EMT Spring Course

Description

This course will give you the skills necessary to provide emergency medical care as a health care provider. With this training, the student will be able to obtain their EMT-B Certification needed for both volunteer and paid postions in the state of New Jersey. ICS-100, ICS-700 and LSI Awareness will also be included in this program. Total course time is a minimal of 130 hours with 10 hours of hospital time and 10 hours of recommended observer time with MLEMS. Students must provide a valid CPR Professional/BLS level card prior to the start of the course. (we do NOT accept American Red Cross CPR) Students needing CPR may visit www.mlems.org/training for upcoming CPR classes.
